Upon deciding to build a home, Connor assisted us during the final weeks including at the closing. My wife and I would recommend Connor and his team to anyone looking to buy a home.

After he listed it, we had a lot of showings, and it was sold in less than two weeks. Process was quick, and efficient. We had our previous home listed “for sale by owner,” after it went under contract Connor consistently checked all contracts/ paperwork for our old house to get ensure we were being protected in the sale. Connor sold us our home initially years prior to re-listing. He had our home listed with an attractive big sign in the yard within a week of initial contact, he was very responsive to questions and extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. Viewings were easy to plan through Zillow, and e-docs were available to us through the entire sale to stay-safe-at-home while reducing travel and printing as well. Our home was under contract within 30 days, we had a mail away closing that I assumed would be complicated, however, Connor truly made the sale from start to finish easy and was spectacular answering any and all questions we had throughout the entire process!!
